COST SAVINGS
Due to increased productivity with our outsourced teleworkers we usually find that 2 outsourced staff will cover the same amount of work as 3 employees in your home country.
Example 1:
3 x UK/US/European employess earning each £2,000/mo. = Total Costs £6,000/month
can be replaced by:
2 x TWS outsourced employees earning each £595/mo. = Total Costs £1,190/month
Therefore producing a saving of £4,810/month or a saving of over 80%!
Example 2:
To produce a consultancy report one of the top 5 accounting & management consultancy firms in the USA, charged their clients $100,000.
In turn this was produced by 2 of their TWS outsourced employees in 2 months for:
$995 (monthly salary) x 2 (no. of staff) x 2 (no. of months) = Total Costs $3,980
(or could have been quicker if more staff were used).
Therefore making a profit of $96,020!

This covers the cost of sourcing that employee for you and is only due when you successfully employ someone.
If, in the unusual circumstances, that employee doesn't work out, we will source another for you, free of charge.
There are no other hidden fees or charges.
