HOW IT WORKS
Finding Staff
1. You advise us exactly what you are looking for. For example you can email us requirements such as:
      • job description & specification
      • duties to fulfill
      • qualifications needed
      • past experience required
      • any other credentials or requirements
2. We then search our worldwide database to identify suitable potential candidates based on your criteria.

3. We then interview those potential employees to assess suitability

4. We then send you the CV's of those potential employees we have identified.

5. You can then choose to hire one or more of those employees based on their CV's or you can choose to interview any number by phone or video conferencing.

6. If none of the proposed candidates appear suitable we'll restart our search until acceptable candidates have been found.

The cost of this service is a fixed £595 +V.A.T.*  per employee hired (approx. US$995)

Only payable when a candidate has been identified and hired.
(* V.A.T. is the UK sales tax, currently 15% (if you are outside the European Union this does not apply).
 
 
Equipment Provided  
We will provide, as standard, your chosen employee(s) with:
      • work space in a modern office with all required infrastructure
      • UK/US/Euro telephone landline (can be a dedicated number)
      • Personal computer (PC) loaded with the latest MS software
      • Printer
      • Fax
      • Scanner
      • High speed broadband internet connection
      • email
Also available on request:

  • any other required software
  • video phone
  • web cam & handset (no additional cost) 
Management of Staff
You have complete control of the management of your outsourced TWS employees.

You can set their working hours, conditions etc. in addition to work duties.

As their employer you can set their targets and dictate all your requirements exactly as you would an employee sitting next to you in an office.

However, as your outsourced TWS employee is not physically sitting next to you we undertake to provide all the following services on your behalf:
  • provide a suitable working environment
  • provide and maintain all equipment mentioned above required to carry out the duties you set
  • provide excellent IT support and backup
  • manage & supervise your staff to ensure they are working the hours you set
  • pay them directly in local currency including all deductions and contributions
  • all employees and line managers are supervised by senior managers at a similar level as you would find in your home country
Terms & Conditions
1. You only pay a single salary payment (monthly in advance) e.g. £595/month (approx. $995) for your chosen employee. Exact costs will depend on the type, experience and qualifications of the employee you hire.

2. No other financial contributions are due e.g. pension, national insurance, healthcare, travel or food subsidies. This is all covered in your one monthly payment.

3. However, you are free to incentivise your staff with bonuses, if so desired.

4. No holiday, sick or maternity pay is due. We will provide a suitable replacement if this unlikely event happens.

5. No contract term of employment need be specified. You can discontinue the employment with one months notice or keep them as long as is required.

6. Working Hours: you decide. Our offices are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also dictate which days your staff work.

7. A typical working arrangement, probably similar to your current practice, would be 8 hours a day or 40 hours a week, but you have complete control and your employee(s) will be very flexible to meet your needs.

8. An employee can be working for you within a few days of you choosing one.

Summary:
Your outsourced TeleWorker is then your employee just as any other employee in your home country.

The difference being that with our staff the costs are fixed and there are no other contributions to be made.

You can terminate the employment of your TWS employee with just one months notice

However, we suggest that a minimum of 6 - 12 months is needed to get the full benefit of your new working relationship.
